Claim Rectification & Correction

I'd like to commend the way in which my claim was handled after my vehicle was involved in an accident and an investigation had to be made surrounding the accident.

Initial reports had placed me in a predicament of having claim rejected, but involvement with the Dispute Resolution Department (Tersia Nel) in 7 days my claim was resolved all other debit orders which had gone off my bank account was immediately credited into my account.

I have been receiving courtesy calls from both Losses & Resolutions Department, I am very happy with the way I'm being treated by Budget Insurance. BRAVO!!!
