M&F looking for and excuse to reject

So I thought I would load an update on my previous mail regarding my claim and M&F is trying to reject. So its been another week gone by and I still have no progress on my claim. However M&F have said they are reinstating the policy based on my complaints and emails and transcribed emails sent to them. Great...
My poor car is still standing at Pro beat's scrap yard - getting ruined and damaged by the elements and I still don't know if they are going to pay. Apparently reinstating the policy and paying the claim does not mean the same thing in M&F lingo... Now they are only investigating the actual incident! They have had this information since the 20/12/2013 - incident date!
This is just another avenue and excuse that M&F is going to use to get out of this - I have never ever experienced pathetic service like this.
I am in the insurnace industry myself for the past 12 years and I can quarantee you we promise to bend over backwards for our client - looks like I am doing the bending here.
I shudder to think how many claims they have rejected of clients that don't know their rights or fight them.
