Horrific claim process: Still no courtesy ca

I was dealing with Beatrix in the claims dept. who was not so helpful with regards to feedback and never returned my calls, from the time I took my car for assessment on the 14th i called her several times and she never called me back on the progress of my claim. she only phoned on Friday the 25th to confirm that the claim was successful and Automagic will contact me regarding the repairs, they will also arrange a courtesy car. Automagic called me the same day and they told me to bring the car on the 4th of Jan at 11:00, but they said they don't know anything about a courtesy car, my insurance should organise that for me and that left me confused until i received an sms for F4W asking me to rate the level of service and i replied with a (1) rating and Dikeledi Legwale contacted me, apologised and referred the matter to Johannah on the 29th to please assist me with arranging a courtesy car for me. Johannah phoned me and explained the access, deposit fuel etc and told me Budget will contact me in an hour that was last week the 29th or 30th. I phoned this morning to check why no one called from budget and Johannah's colleague said that's because the request was not sent to Budget.
