FANTASTIC SERVICE FROM START TO FINISH

Hi, My name is Debora Vallucci, Im a Budget Insurance customer. I hereby wish to thank and really express my sincere appreciation to the entire Claim's Team that helped me with my claim. They are Wesley, Daletta, Richard and Constance.
I put my clain in for the damage to my new Ford Figo on January 14 2013 and a month later everything was sorted and Im as happy as the first day I got my new car!!
The claim was put through with excellent efficiency, I was directed to go have my car assessed at Easyway Assessment Centre in Bryanston, there I received the bestest service, I then took my car to Automagic in East Rand where there too my treatment as a customer was super great, friendly and very professional. My car was fixed and ready within a week. The Budget Insurance Rental crowd - Ronald and the gentleman who took my car when I returned it gave me the best service ever. I felt like a queen when dealing with them. I was given a superb little Suzuki Swift for the time my car was in for repairs and this little car was such a delight to drive - thank you so so much for my excellent experience with the entire claim process.
