Lack of urgency defies belief!

I've been trying without fail for the past two (2) weeks to finalise a claim with no luck. Apart from the fact that I have been without a vehicle for exactly SEVEN (7) weeks today, I have been messed around, made false promises of people getting back to me etc. and have just generally been met by a "no care" attitude. Disgusting from a company I have been supporting since 1996!
