What do I actually pay my insurance for?

I was in an accident a few weeks, phoned my insurance to sort out the problem. And the end of the report Outsurance stated to me if I want to take actions further I would have to go to small claims court!! This is supposed to be handled by insurance company! Outsurance is a load of... The ads that you advertise is false advertising due to the fact that you don't bend over backwards instead you take testimonies which are false and inaccurate and now I am the one who has to suffer!!! The other party to this incident is also with outsurance and the yet he gave you false testimony on his report and yet you couldn't help me by taking it further, you guys didnt even bother investigating and it took almost 3 weeks for you tell me that he is not claiming liability...
So Outsurance your customer service has gone the drain and you don't care
