Tell me the truth please

I applied for a loan and have signed two contracts at the branch, been passed from department to department with no satisfactory feedback or result. Now only to be informed I have been declined and not one person can tell me why. Phone the customer call center and they shift the blame to the branch. Branch informs me it is not them at fault. Please can someone contact me and explain how we got to this situation. Awaiting speedy resolve.
