VERY DISSAPOINTED IN SERVICE

I have applied for a loan at African Bank Fourways and i was promised by the consultant that the loan will be deposited in my account within the next 48hours which put me at ease. I followed up the next day and i was told that my application is in the forensic department as they are awaiting paperwork from the branch. I contacted the branch this morning spoke to Lerato and i was advised that they have sent all the relevant documatation to the department and she will send them again. I have sent 2 emails requesting feedback to the foresic department and no one bothers to contact me back. I'm now really frustrated as i needed to use the loan to up on my daughter's fees.

I'm a very frustrated and dissapointed client who doesnt know what to do anymore.
