OUTSURANCE A PATHETIC COMPANY

I was burglared on the 12 November 2013. This was difficult to deal with but I came to terms with the incident these are burglarers, they are this is what they do. But what made matters worse was when Outsurance from me they were so supposed to be my Knight in shining armour my safety net but they turned out to be bullies and criminals that hide behind a corporate identity and use technicalities to support their actions. From the outset I received nothing but poor service from them, they would not respond to emails or return telephone calls. When I questioned their decision and asked for proof supporting their claims. They took the dogmatic approach and cancelled my policy. Ask yourself is this the type of company you want to deal with in your time of need they will "bend over backwards" to let you down.
