What is the purpose fo contacing Personal Loans Department to arrange a revised payment schedule, then recived a call AS WELL AS an sms to be reminded of this arrangment. Then, on the due date, Nedbank attempts to deduct THREE TIMES THIS AMOUNT!

WHAT IS THE PURPOSE THEN, OF TAKING THE TROUBLE, HOLDING ON FOR QUITE SOME, ONLY TO HAVE NEDBANK DONE WHATEVER THEY PLEASES, AND TOTALLY IGNORING THE ARRANGEMENT, CREATING AN "EDO UNSUCCESSFUL" ON A PERSON'S ACCOUNT.
