NEDBANK IS THE WORST BANK ON THE PLANET

I have three personal loans with Nedbank. On the 5th June 2013 i have settled 2 of the accounts after clearly communicating to them my intentions. The other account is up to date. Now suddenly my ITC profile reflects as 30 days in arrears on all three accounts!!! How is this possible, because there are people sitting there with no clue what is going on
Nedbank you are breaking the law because you provided false information about me and this reflects negatively against me. One should see the carelessness's when calling the call centre and even the complaints department, you absolutely get nowhere. I WILL IN MY LIFE NEVER DEAL WITH THIS INCOMPETENT BANK AND THEIR PEOPLE AGAIN
