Terrible service they should change their slogan

So I went to FNB loch logan in Bloemfontein just now with my limited time, the lines were full but that I can handle but there was no one at the express tellers the other woman that sat at one of the express tellers told me she cant help me. OK that is today's incident The day before yesterday I had to urgently pay money into my account "deposit" so I thought ah FNB has this nice auto deposit atm so I went after 5pm naturally the bank was closed but I had no worries I got to the atm and it was out of order this also at loch logan so rather upset I went to the mimosa and low and behold that atm also out of order it cost me to drive all the way to the other side of the city to pay in at preller plain but only one of the two atm were working. But at least I got it in after a few hours of stressing.

Then the biggest issue I have with FNB!!! is that my mom is a diabetic she had a major surgery in her foot they removed part of it, she is in danger of loosing her whole leg. But my step dad died and she wanted to changer her surname to her maiden name but he died like 15 years ago she just never got around to it. They had the audacity to send her twice to home affairs this a SICK woman.
