Would like to compliment a salesperson from Loch Logan Totalsports, her name is pronounced as Monice.

On Friday the 12th of April 2013 my partner and I visited the store to buy her a gym gear, Monice was helpful from start to finish.

I have always had a bad service from this branch, but Monice professionalism and ability to serve customers have exceeded my expectations. In one sentence: It was the good service I received in a long time.

Such a commitment to great customer service is to be commended. You can be sure that I will continue buying Loch Logan Totalsports.
