Big Fat Lie!!! R400 Promotion

So i called Outsurance to get a quote on my vehicle as their ads on Radio is so good, sad to say its all just a Big Fat Lie!!! They could not beat my current insurance and was far more expensive, and according to their Ad they had to pay me R400!! I was first told a whole bunch Ridiculous reasons why i dont qualify and after a big arguement where i had to correct their "So Called TEAMLEADERS" about what their T's and C's state i was finally correct. A team leader Jose sent me a link which i had to put my details in "Not even sure if it was safe" but anyway i did it, he than called me back and said there is a problem with the link and i had to email him directly... And guess what??? Up untill now i have not received any feedback or my R400!! So please can i find out what is the progress? And please dont come with the excuse "We are so sorry about the inconvenience" and please dont come tell me "Sir the funds has been paid into your account..." Coz all that is, is a Big Fat Lie!!!
