Ordered goods not arriving

On 22 March 2013 I ordered a DVD box set from Look and Listen at Loch Logan. I was told it would take 4-6 weeks, which seemed long but I was OK with with that. I was also told that I could pay the complete price instead of the 20% deposit, which would speed up delivery to 1-2 weeks.
Firstly, I cannot understand why there is a distinction - if you can get it here in 1-2 weeks why would it take so much longer if I only pay 20%?
Second, it has now been more than 8 weeks since I paid the 20% deposit- I have been to the store twice to inquire but every time I am told it's not here yet, please be patient.
I have had NO contact from anyone at Look and Listen with an answer, despite having paid a deposit for the goods.
I would like to have this sorted out please, no-one seems to care and all we want is our order delivered.
