Fashion Express
An experience of You are not Welcome Here

Today (Sunday) while shopping in the Fashion Express store in Mimosa Mall with my fiance we were treated by the staff of fashion express as if we did not belong in the store.

After a great experience in the Fashion Express in Loch Logan we expected the same from the Mimosa Mall store and had every intention of opening an account however that changed when 1. The volume of the music in the store was put to such a point that it was distorting and despite our and the other clients clear discomfort the staff left the music as is, 2. While waiting to pay for the items (1 person helping customers, 1 packing toys out on the counter and 1 watching all of this) one of the staff behind the counter yelled at customers on the other side of the store whether she could help them. When confronting the staff member about her rudeness at shouting at customers from across the room her response was only "Ok".

As I said we were in the store to open an account however we do not wish to do business with a store that seems to go out of their way to keep customers out and could not care less about the customers who are in the store.

Fashion Express Mimosa Mall needs new management or better training
