Bullying tactics

Santam uses bullying tactics to try and recover costs. One of my vehicles is FORTUNATELY insured with Outsurance. This vehicle was involved in a minor accident that was the other person's fault who, unfortunately for her, is insured with Santam. This is an issue between the two insurance companies. I however got a call from Edward from Santam's legal department who tried to bully me into paying. It is indicative of how many people in South Africa are unaware of their rights and are so easily intimidated. It so happens that I am also a Santam client but am seriously considering moving all my business to Outsurance after this incident.
