Scamsters - Beware!!!

The long and short of it is that my cat got ill. She was diagnosed with FeLV, obviously no pre-existing condition.
Claims in excess of R5K submitted and a paltry R500.00 reimbursed. Cherry on top, my cat had to be euthanized and these clowns continue deducting premiums. Despite numerous calls to a bunch of incompetents, the quickest response received was when I reversed the debit order. Supposedly underwritten by ABSA, maybe they should be made aware of who they associate themselves with. A word of caution to potential clients out there: AVOID AT ALL COST!!!
