Sales under false pretenses... Be aware

On 4 th September, after only four months at MiWay after moving from outsurance due to no excess and lower premiums, I received an email from MiWay informing me that all my vehicle excesses will now apply within 30 days.
I wish to publish this to warn all potential MiWay clients that they source you from other insurance companies under false pretenses, and however we have an recording stating that the premiums and/or excess will not increase for at leased the first year... That is clearly not the case. So if you are considering to move from your insurance company, reconsider as their verbal promise will be broken... And think that once they have you they can up their premiums and excess as they please, and the only one that are affected are you the client which now need to go through the hassle to find alternatives... I am very dissatisfied!!!
