ABSA mum on my request to cancel my BondProtecto

After numerous call and two emails, I still do not have confirmation from ABSA regarding my request to cancel my Home Loan Protector plan with them. Next thing you know the provider I am switching to will be deducting premiums and ABSA will also be deducting premiums and giving me even a harder time to refund my money. ABSA please respond to your customers.
