Hi

I purchased a new vehicle and took delivery on 3 April.

- I am yet to receive my photo or video of that handover moment from your CRM department.

- There was endless problems with my first installment, and it took countless emails and phone calls to eventually reverse your mistake.

- My agreed payment amount has since changed (increased) this month?

- My car does not have a license disc. I was given the license page with the disc cut out. Obviously, someone in your garage cut the disc out with the intention of putting it on the windscreen but forgot to do so. I brought this to my sales consultant's attention in the first week of May. Apparently, he was going to order a new license disc. More than a month later: no feedback, no disc. I phoned your dealership today to query this, and was promised that the matter would be investigated. I am still waiting for a phone call with feedback and for this matter to be resolved.

I want a courtesy car or license disc within 24 hours. This is ridiculous.

This is most definitely not type of service I am expecting from a luxury brand.
