Just poor service

I've applied for a home loan on my name and then my business name. They declined me but when I phoned them they tell me they need this documents. My credit score is so how now that I wont be able to get a home loan anywhere else. The won't tell you listen this is the documents we need. There was something wrong with my financial statements they again declined the deal when asked them why they declined it and why didn't they just phoned the accountant they told me I must go to the branch where I applied, they must phone the accountant, then the branch must write a report and send it back to the call center so that they can review my application. This is pathetic service. Seems like your'e just a number at the bank and they are willing to do nothing to keep you as a client.
