Not getting help from Legal wise

I went to Legal wise in november 2013, for them to assist me with the debt review that i am paying yet i dont have a court order. i have expalined to legal wise that i am paying my accounts via Ur Debt Solutions and other accounts are not getting money as they are using a wrong reference number. after i tried number of times to ask U-D-S to correct the reference number. and there are other creditors that blacklisted me while i am paying via U-D-S and the creditors says its not them who listed me U-D-S it also says its not them. so i am in a position to settle my accounts only to find out that U-D-S has no court order all this time that i am paying via them from 2010 i am charged high interest rate cause the creditors they dont have the court order from U-D-S. i thought legal wise is there to assist me as i pay them for legal service. to this day i am still waiting for feedback. Khuliso at legal wise is hanlding the matter but he never ever bother update me. to this day i am still waiting since i repoted the matter in November last year.
