Ignore the client and water down claims

I am now exhausted after trying to gets absa insure to do what i have been paying for the last 10 years. And then even i am ignored and the claim watered down. With the massive storm in Nov 2013, a 15 meter single brick wall was blown over and it is still not fixed. The awesome response from absa has caused the contracted builder to respond 7 weeks after the problem was reported. Then i found that the approved contractor is a fly by night that tried to get my wife to sign off the paperwork for job completed and also to pay the additional R500 excess. Funny that the only thing the builder have started, was to scavenge through my yard for what they can take home as an addition to asking me to use my garden barrel and spade to cleanup the debris. The bank was very quick to phone and find out why i did not want to pay the contractor anything without a receipt. But again i had to fight to explain my case. i have sent the full story to this weeks record newspaper. I will continue to inform the public via internet and news media about the service i experienced from absa insurance
