Useless Broke

On the 6th of January 2014, I received an sms Moeketsis renewed my policy. However, I didn't receive the renewed policy or indication of any changes or Moeketsis didn't contact or emailed me to request any information to be changed or things to be added to my policy. I replied back via sms about the rating and nobody contacted me back within 48 hours. I pay an exorbitant amount each month for my insurance policy and been with AF since 2001. I would like to get another broker more competent, interested to do their work and perhaps ensure as a customer, pay the best insurance premium monthly and perhaps do something about the exorbitant monthly premium. I dealt with Moeketsis before and definitely incompetent. Please advise what AF will do because your customer service is definitely lacking the last few years, however your interest have grown more just to make money, not providing any benefits to customer been there for a long period. Therefore, definitely not doing anything to look after your loyal customers and giving them any benefits.
