Claim on structural damages due to hail storm

I have registerd a claim with Nedgroup for hail damages to my house and issued with Reference: NED13155859. A contract (Pronto Construction) was assigned for repairs and made assessment for damages, which they quoted to Nedbank for R28000 to cover carport and interior repairs. Further an assessor (Digicall Assessing Solution) was assigned to evaluate damages and as per their report recommend that the Bank settle the damages for approximately R17 500 (R12 500 for emergency repairs performed) and R2500 for painting to the cealing.

I was not happy with the settlement and sent a dispute to Lusanda Dotwana at Digicall Assesding solutions on 27/12/13 and as per telephone follow up She adviced that she will need to query with the Assessor; NO responce has been provided. During the above tele follow up Tsakane was conferenced and resolved to forward me a Reimbursement Claim form which I completed and sent back with supporting documents. Tsakane promised to process payment by Monday. When I made another follow up; they could not pay!!

On the 7/01/14 I asked to speak to a manager-Nelson Scott who was not available but should've phoned me back. Am still waiting for the call and closure.
