Always Awesome & Efficient TIC Travel Insurance

I NEVER travel without top-up travel insurance from TIC. Unfortunately I have had to claim travel insurance on two occasions, one whilst sick overseas and once for a trip cancelation. TIC's service is always impeccable, from the call centre staff, to following up on claims, missing documents, follow through - they are always efficient and reliable. Most important however - they are HONEST. I am always accurately covered and speedily reimbursed for out of pocket expenses. Its great to work with an insurance company that doesn't throw a million loop-holes at their customers and I highly recommend using them when traveling abroad. Benefit of being a discovery member it costs only R300 to "top-up" your existing medical cover.
