I have dealt with Pentravel Clearwater over the past few years, mainly for airticket bookings and travel insurance, and it has always been a pleasant experience. More recently I planned a motorcycle trip in America and Stephanie went out of her way to obtain insurance for my wife and myself whilst pursuing this "dangerous" activity. Such cover is not readily available in this Country. Prior to us departing, my wife was seriously injured in an accident, forcing us to cancel our trip entirely. This is where Stephanie really went the extra mile and managed to obtain substantial refunds on our airtickets and our travel insurance and kept us informed continuously. We are most grateful for her assistance and will not go anywhere else for our future travel bookings. Thanks Stephanie, you've been great!
