Unauthorised Transfe

After ( / -) 30yrs with Standardbank i wonder how safe our money really is with the people that's suppose to protect it.
During December holidays after paying my bills incl my standardbank credit card Ive received a sms thanking me for a further unauthorised payment to the same account. Trying to phone them was a another nightmare listening to a voice recording and then transferred from one incompetent person to the other. I finally gave up after a while having to spend my few days leave at home without money.
