Standardbank False advertising

On the 10th of Jan 2013 I saw the ad on Standardbank's website about the Ativ win 8 tablet that you can buy for R5999 OR!!! R250 p/m if you purchase it with a Standardbank Credit card Which I did. To my surprise The whole R5999 was subtracted from my account. I decided to stop the order to get my money back because this was not what I wanted if you advertise something with 2 payment options then you cant force someone to pay the way that you want. I've been struggling with them to get my money back since the 16th and still nothing is happening. They don't seem to know head over. According to them my money was suppose to be back into my account by Friday 1 Feb. That advertisement is and should be removed. Nobody at standardbank seems to be helpful or keep me up to date with what is happening with my cancellation. I am a few steps away from making a criminal case against them fo
