Is Standardbank home loan access facility a?

More than 5 years ago, possibly 10 i applied for a standard bank access facility and have been transferring money randomly into this account thinking i could access the facility at any time. Recently when i tried accessing the facility to retrieve the funds i was unable to do so and upon calling standardbank i was told that the access facility was inactive for 6 months and has been cancelled at standard bank discretion without notifying the customer. This is daylight - you depositing money without you knowing that you are unable to retrieve nor even made aware of the fact that the facility has been cancelled. I want the facility back and the additional money i have transferred over time. I feel like i was and I no longer feel safe with standardbank especially when they tell you things like they can do it at their discretion, i feel bullied and robbed. This cannot be fair without any notification. I also want proof that you are allowed to this with my original contract and without any form of notification.
