Woolworths Insurance
Can't submit claim because no body can help!

This is my second report regarding my cellphone claim that I am trying to make After my iPhone fell and the screen broke. I called on the 19th of December where my calls were not taken because the call centre had a technical error. I tried calling for a few days there after only to be transferred so many times that no body could help. I called again on Tuesday to finally get through and got cut off and was not able to get back to her.
