I'm not being helped since

Hi Peter my name is Gift Mlambo I have a problem with my insurance first for women I have an insurance of tyres and rim with them so the problem is I had an incident on the 15th of December 2013 of tyres I have hitted a pothole in Witbank both tyres where damaged on one side so on the 17th I started calling them trying to submit my claim i was transferred from one department to another until I was tired calling them, then I went into their website trying to submit my claim application I couldn't then I decided to mail them complaining about the bad service I'm experiencing from their 086 111 2607 number and their website eventually they called me back on the 19th and they said they will transfer my call to tyre n rim department I was on hold until the the line disconnected, I went back to their website again and wrote again another email then they called me on the 20th we had an agreement of me going to get the quote from tiger wheel and tyres after I faxed it to them on the 23th there was no response till today when I remail it then their response was i don't have such a cover with them and I've been paying that cover with a separate debit of R80 over months i have my bank proof.
