Discovery Insure
Still waiting cellphone claim payout

I have a car insurance with a cellphone insurance cover. I S3 screen fell and was cracked. I called Discovery for a claim and they open one for me (25 Feb 2013). To my own amazement, I was supposed to find the repairer myself. After weekends of running arround. I call them back to assist with the repair shop and all the one I went to cannot assist. My claim was now closed, the said they will open it again and someone will come collect it.

(11 March) but days went by nothing, I finally got someone to give me a written qoute and I sent it to them. they promised that payment will be in my account within 72 hours ;that was on the 8 April. I waited 72 hours nothing. I called Dineo again on the 11th, but she said she did not send it through she will do it then. it will take 72 hours. 72 hours gone. today I call this lady again for the third time. She picks the phone up, ask who is speaking. I tell her, she then says, do you mind calling me again I am on another line. Then I get angry, because she was not supposed to pick the phone up if she was busy. She says she will call me back or I should call her back. then I refuse. she then checks but I still have to wait another 72 hours. Angry
