We have lodged a claim on Tuesday regarding our Gyser that bust upon arrival from our holidays. Our entire bedroom has been water damaged ie.ceiling, clothes etc etc
For record my wife has called in estimated 5 times to get this sorted out and claims sorted to date nothing has happened!!!
It seems that premiums will increase yearly, but when you need assistance nothing happens. NOTE I'VE GOT PICTURES OFF THE STATE OFF OUR BEDROOM WHICH IS HEALTH HAZARD TO ME AND MY FAMILY, action has been taken.
Upon take out this insurance we where assured not access on our vehicles windscreen and once we claimed last year we had to pay R750, we did inquire as it was stated no access to date no one has called to play the SO CALLED RECORD VERSION when the policy was taken. Note for the record this is no false claim as according to your so called assessment made by your people your company sends out!!!
