Outsurance
Cancelled my Insurance but still being billed

I cancelled my insurance policy with them, because I went over to another insurance company. I sent a email to outsurance to cancel my policy. This month they still tried to take money which caused my account to go into areas and me having to pay returned fees as well as honoring fees all adding up to R235 that I have to pay because of Outsurnce! I am very disgusted!!!
