Standard Bank
IPad Air Deal: Misleading Advertising?

Business & Finance

Bad advertising Standard Bank. I tried to order an iPad off the the website on 27 December and the whole process runs smoothly until one reaches the checkout. Then suddenly the message pops up that "Some of the products you requested are no longer available and have been removed from your cart". The advertisement is still on your website today (08/01/2014): surely you are not supposed to advertise products for two weeks when they are no longer available. In my book this constitutes misleading advertising which is against the law.
And it doesn't help to email your online DG Store, because they seem to be offline and don't respond to emails.
