Standard Bank Misleading Consumers!

Standard Bank's tablet deals are misleading. On their website they clearly state that one can purchase one of their deals if you have a transactional account. BUT when one goes through the process you actually discover that you have to purchase the deal via your credit card using the budget facility. WHERE is the benefit of the DEAL???
