False Advertising and poor service

We opened an account with FNB with the promise of getting an iPad with the offer they have advertised everywhere. We have since then been trying to get hold of the iPad 4 as advertised on the website. We are now phoning and phoning, every day someone has something different to say i.e "No stock of iPads", "Will receive iPad in 8 days" - this last promise was 3 weeks ago and I have still not received my iPad. Now I do not even know whether I can be expecting one, as I gave my delivery address - or whether there is in fact none in stock, which would mean that FNB has been advertising falsely.

I need my iPad desperately, I could've opened a bank account somewhere else and bought an iPad somewhere else by now.

PLEASE SORT OUT.
