Poor customer service, misleading advertising

I purchased a TV from your century city store a few years ago. When purchasing the TV the sales representative offered me the option of an extended warranty which I gladly accepted and paid the extra amount due.
1) The TV had an issue and I took it in to the same store on the 19/12/2013. Up-until today I still do not have a TV and I do not have a date when I can expect the TV. This now been 29 days since giving the TV to the Store. I have spoken to many staff members and the manager as well and I have still not received any feedback as promised by them.
2) On your website and various advertising mediums you state "We will have any item under warranty, repaired for you - should that take longer than 21 days, the item will be replaced or refunded. For warranty purposes, proof of purchase is required..." Note no where do you state that this does not apply to the extended warranty.
So it has now 29 days without having a TV as well your store not providing a definite date when I will receive my TV. I think that this is totally misleading advertising and definitely not keeping to the promise of "Guaranteed service on every product sold"!!! My reference is : 29224
