Hi.
I have been working for seven years in a well established company, and we have been with Liberty Life since I have started working for them in 2006.
I have been trying to get some kind of documentation stating that my provident fund was indeed transferred to Alexander Forbes in 2009.
My SARS statement indicates that my lump sum was paid from the 28/02/09.
My friend got a statement from Forbes stating his transferred portion from Liberty Life
