Pension Pay-out enquiry

Alexander Forbes is withholding my pension pay-out since November 2012.

31 October 2012, was my last service date with Dimension Data (due to resignation) and I withdrew my pension contribution.

I have since made numerous enquiries (correspondence- CRM:0066000004048 & telephonic-086 0100 333) to Alexander Forbes regarding the pay-out without receiving the pay-out.

The reasons given for delays are:
1. Early November 2012, the Dimension Data had not included October's contribution.
2. Early December 2012, SARS had rejected the TAX application 2 times.
3. Since late December 2012, Alexander Forbes's Contact Centre have been unable to state the reasons for the delay except to say my request has been escalated to "Shabaru" the Administrator.

The reason for SARS rejecting my TAX application was because the accrual date was captured incorrectly, meaning the pension accrued in Feb 2008 whilst my pension contribution started from Mar 2009.
