ILLEGAL DEBIT ORDERS

HI, My husband has been debited THREE times in the last year from the same company - Naedo. I am very disappointed that after all my complaining and all the reversing, FNB still allows ANY company to just put a debit order on a person's account. It should be illegal. Shouldnt there be a telephone recording, or written agreement that my husband agreed to it? FNB is ALLOWING Naedo to commit activity, and its disgusting.
