Illegal debit orders

Once again I have illegal debit orders coming off my bank account. I am going in every single month to cancel these debit orders from various companies. When the only solution given is to close my account, is very unacceptable. Please insure that the two following illegal debit orders are reversed as I am tired of having to waste my time and money with theses issues!

NAEDO TRACKED DO STRATCOL /PROVER51980768 came off 30/4/2013
