Unauthorised debit orders

I have notciced the last year and a half several debit orders going of from my account with a reference naedo debit order which is the same company being used by Nedbank who collect the debit order for my home loan. There is several amounts of R249-95, R199-95, R99-95 and R299-95. It is costing me alot of time now to go into the bank ones or twice a month to send the debit orders back as the moment you put a stop payment in the reference number are changed. Ot is also a hopeless case to call the company as no one can assist you.
