Illegal Debit orders

My mom has a bank account at ABSA

On investigation I have managed to ascertain that this account has been illegally debited by a company called Platinum e-cards or e-Products for a number of months. I have noticed similar complaints on your website.
The amounts are also similar.

I have managed to track this activity back 4 months but suspect it goes back a lot further than that.

They are using the Naedo system to perpetrate this.

The transaction details read as follows on this months statement, the amounts which have all been reversed.

When you phone them Callcenter Number Stratcol LTD (0861135791) they refuse to supply valid telephone numbers. The MD is apparently Uerika Jenkins.
They apparently charged for airtime. Airtime which was never received by anyone.
