I sent an e-mail requesting my standard bank credit card limit to be decreased, I still have not received any feedback yet.
All I would appreciate is a call to assist in this matter.
What is the point of having e-mail correspondence, when you are always being advised to call the call centre... this makes absolutely no sense at all.
