There was a case opened on my account about 2 months ago. My Card was stopped and since then, no reply, no feedback, no e-mail response nothing. I sit with a normal DEBIT card and can't do Internet purchases etc... I won't advise anyone to take a step to use Standard Bank as a Banker. There service is extremely poor, no feedback, attitudes when u call and enquire the fault at hand.

You wait for 40minutes on the phone and then get transferred from one person to another and eventually get cut off and need to call again...

To Whom ever reads this from Standard Bank I would like to say that YOU are the reason why this country is in such a mess, you don't have any pride in your service what so ever and don't give a about a client!!!
