Not awnsering the phones

I have been calling and emailing the claims department endlessly the past week to try and sort out a claim that I have and there are times when I waited 20min on the phone where no one answers the phone of you get to the message centre where they take your details and promise to get back to you but NEVER does! I have even tried the "call me back" option on the website but still no one gets back to you, They don't even respond to emails!! I have been a miway client for many years and I have recommended allot of people to them but if this is the direction in where the service is going I wont recommend anyone to them again.
