SERVICE IS RIDICULOUS!!!

I logged a claim with MiWay on the 02/12/2013 as my car was in an accident but still able to drive, MiWay never got back to me I had to phone them to find out what was going on with my claim, when I eventually got through to the claims department I was told that Francinah was dealing with my claim and she will get back to me, about 3 days later I still had not heard anything so I called back, I was holding for about 15 minutes and was then directed to the "message" centre, they took my details and said I would be called back within the hour but alas still no phone call. Then on the 18/12/2013 I received a report which made no sense to me and no one contacted me to let me know what this report entails (I find this ridiculous!!!) I then responded on the e-mail asking what this is about and was "politely" told that the panel beaters will be contacting me.
I also have no idea when my excess is to be paid and quite frankly I do not think I should pay the excess as I have received such horrific service!

I still have no idea what is going on, surely surely MiWay would care more about their loyal customers! I am now at my wits end about this and want it sorted out ASAP!!!
